LED電性能測試方案

一、概述

Ir漏電流測試

漏功率,指LED保持反相(xiang)偏置(zhi)形態時,流回(hui)二級管的(de)(de)(de)較弱反相(xiang)功率。此時此刻(ke),LED兩端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降不(bu)超Vr。實(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)軟件測試做法(fa)(fa)做法(fa)(fa)為,將LED的(de)(de)(de)正極接在低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差端(duan),負(fu)極接在高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極電(dian)(dian)(dian)勢(shi)差端(duan),而為要根據(ju)(ju)具(ju)體軟件測試做法(fa)(fa)須得,設置(zhi)好數據(ju)(ju)加(jia)載在LED兩端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降,預估(gu)功率Ir。
